Our remodel construction division ensures one point of contact to fully restore your property back to a pre-loss condition as well as offering specialty project work like kitchen and bath remodels, additions, and decks.
In addition to Custom’s water restoration and remodel business, we also use our expertise and equipment to contribute to the needs of our community. Our volunteer page show a few of the ways we volunteer to help out those who are in serious need of necessary construction repairs on their homes and are unable to fully fund the cost themselves. In most cases, we seek to partner with other community organizations to help repair residential problems that may threaten the health or safety of residents.
We serve within the areas of South King County and North Pierce County in Washington State, like Auburn, Enumclaw, Federal Way, Kent, Covington, Maple Valley, Renton and South Seattle to Bonney Lake, Lake Tapps, Buckley, Sumner, Orting, Puyallup and North Tacoma. We help protect home owner residences, apartment type complexes, and commercial businesses.
We are licensed and bonded as a General Contractor with over 15 years experience in residential, commercial and damage restoration construction. Our dual insurance coverage ensures your project maintains the highest degree of insured protection. Custom also pursues multiple industry-recognized training certifications through the IICRC and the EPA.
